10,000 SF of mall space was completed under a tight schedule. Demo scope of work included flooring, ceilings, storefront and removal of steel. Under careful coordination, we were able to complete this project in a timely and efficient manner.
ALDI - Zephyrhills
Precision Demolition was contacted to complete the selective demolition of an existing Winn-Dixie being converted into a new ALDI. Our team worked through the space removing the required interior finishes and components while keeping the project clean and organized. The demolition was completed successfully and prepared the building for the next phase of construction.
Rivian - Orlando
Precision Demolition was tasked with the demo of approximately 30,000 SF of office space. This space was a complete white box. Demo included removal of flooring, ceiings, ductwork, electrical, exterior concrete openings, etc.
Old Telephone Building Clearwater - Historic
Precision Demolition was tasked with the removal of the roof and interior decking for a total of approximately 11,600 SF of decking removed. This project was very tedious and was done over 9 phases in order to maintain the structural integrity of this historic building.
