USPS - Tampa Airport
Precision Demolition was contacted to help remove lead based paint at the USPS post office in Tampa. This project consisted of setting up and tearing down containments daily in different locations to not disturb working areas. After several weeks our team was able to complete this project on time, leaving our client satisfied.
Rivian - Orlando
Precision Demolition was tasked with the demo of approximately 30,000 SF of office space. This space was a complete white box. Demo included removal of flooring, ceiings, ductwork, electrical, exterior concrete openings, etc.
Old Telephone Building Clearwater - Historic
Precision Demolition was tasked with the removal of the roof and interior decking for a total of approximately 11,600 SF of decking removed. This project was very tedious and was done over 9 phases in order to maintain the structural integrity of this historic building.
